How do I complete my online pre-checkin?

Pre-checkin email receipt

You will receive an email one day before your arrival, which will include a link to complete the online registration for all guests.

Complete the online registration

Click on the provided link and fill out the required information for all guests who will be staying.

Receipt of entry instructions and virtual keys

Once you have completed the registration, you will receive a second email. This email will contain detailed entry instructions and the virtual keys to access the accommodation.

Accessing the apartment

Upon arriving at the apartment, open the corresponding app on your mobile device and locate the virtual keys.

Using the virtual keys

Stand in front of the apartment door and slide the lock displayed on each virtual key’s screen to the right to unlock the door.

How to use the virtual keys?

Step 1. Access to our virtual keys app

Access to our virtual keys app (will be sent by email)

Step 2. Select the virtual key that you want

Select the corresponding virtual key that you want to use to open the door

Step 3. Unlock the door

Slide to the right to unlock the door (open the door)

Step 4. The door is open

After unlocking the door, the app will indicate in green that the door is unlocked (or open)
