How do I complete my online pre-check-in?
Receiving pre-check-in email
You will receive an email one day before your arrival, which will include a link to complete online check-in for all guests.
Complete the online registration
Click the link provided and complete the required information for all guests staying.
Receiving instructions and virtual keys
Once you've completed registration, you'll receive a second email containing detailed check-in instructions and virtual keys to access your accommodation.
Access to the apartment
When you arrive at the apartment, open the corresponding link on your mobile device and locate the virtual keys.
Using virtual keys
Stand in front of your apartment door and slide the lock that appears on the screen of each virtual key to the right to unlock the door.
How to use virtual keys?
Step 1. Access to link of your virtual key
The first step is to access the link to our virtual key (access that will be sent by email)
Step 2. Select the key you want to use
Select the corresponding virtual key in the link
Step 3. Unlock or open the door
We move the padlock icon to the right , to unlock the door (open it)
